Connie Meech is a graduate of Wayne State Law School earning a Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, she worked as a law clerk for then-visiting Judge James S. Thorburn at the Oakland County Circuit Court. After passing the bar, she went into private practice focusing on family law and estate planning. She has served as court-appointed guardian ad-litem and attorney in guardianship, conservatorship and mental health cases. At Wakefield Law, P.C., she handles estate planning as well as post-death trust and probate administration. Mrs. Meech holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Western Michigan University with dual minors in French and Marketing. She is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan and a member of the Probate Law Section.
Mrs. Meech lives in Lake Orion with her husband and four children. She is active in her community and is a member of the Troy Chamber of Commerce.
