Connie Meech graduated from Wayne State Law School earning a Juris Doctor degree. While in law school, she worked as a law clerk for then visiting Judge James S. Thorburn at the Oakland County Circuit Court. After passing the bar, she went into private practice focusing on family law and estate planning. She has served as court-appointed guardian ad-litem and attorney in guardianship, conservatorship and mental health cases. Ms. Meech holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Western Michigan University with dual minors in French and General Marketing. She is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan. Ms. Meech lives in Lake Orion with her husband and four children. She is active in her community serving as Secretary of the lake Orion Board of Education and is a member of the Orion Area Chamber of Commerce.
